At the end of last year I picked up a cheap N80 which has a good camera and Wifi which is pretty cool. I have not done very much outdoor photography with it but here's a good example. When the temperature rises, I'll be snapping away again

Yes, Carnoustie has UXB's. These second world war leftovers appear on the beach from time to time. There was also a controlled explosion tonight - I missed it by about 15 mins but there's probably not much to see.

To think of the amount of time I spend on that beach... how close have Dandy and I been...

Wow - big break from computing in my spare time. This is alot to do with the good weather and running off to enjoy Carnoustie beach with a spaniel.

In Python project news, I have worked on Firedrop2 a little bit with a tag cloud on the CCF site and TayLayout is getting ready for a release soon - yep I went for those BIG disruptive changes. I've tweaked the comp.lang.python River but have plans to push it further. Flattening the threading is the big issue. I'd like to get it right so I can extend to the other newsgroups I never get round to reading
