wxTayLayout 00.00.12 Permalink
wxTayLayout 00.00.12 is now available for download! This brings the wxPython version of TayLayout very close to feature parity with the IronPython version. Just compound controls to go (e.g. File browser, colour picker).

The Edinburgh Blog Permalink
I have used Blogger for some of my Blogs for a long time. The new version is pretty impressive with strict HTML standards testing for your template (though you can switch back if you like to the old template editor). Anyway whilst doing some domain maintenance I realised I had an unused domain for Edinburgh (Scotland's capital city). So I decide to relaunch this blog on the new Blogger The Edinburgh Blog. Originally I published my personal blog and Edinburghblog.net using LDContent which was a home-grown client side blog editor. I came close to releasing it as OS, then saw sense and went with Firedrop. Just in time!

LDBackup 00.08.07 has been uploaded - minor changes and documentation updates. I've also move the status to Beta after months of using it personally. Long term testing

Finding Stuff on LateDecember.co.uk Permalink
I have spent some time this weekend dealing with problems caused by the recent domain name change and shifting some sites onto Blogger. I am nearly there and in the interest of helping people find stuff I am planning a new homepage for Latedecember.co.uk - meantime this blog entry will have to do.
